5DX Programmer/Technician

Vital Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and preserves device programs for all 5DX & Xray assessment systems for NPI advancement and production needs.
  • File programs on the network. Provide modification control based upon client change demands.
  • Review production schedules and develop programs based on schedule and constantly satisfy the dedication.
  • Order tooling, hardware, components based on the requirement for maximum maker performance.
  • Edits, debugs, and enhances evaluation programs using shows “Best Practices”.
  • Monitors and corrects systemic programs problems. Determine and tape major/minor program modifications.
  • Preserves element libraries and component model meanings for device vision systems.
  • Performs routine backups for both device programs and system image backups.
  • Attends various meetings (Production conferences, CCB meetings) to pro-actively fix program and hardware associated problems and drive restorative action. Supplies report metrics for Test Engineering.
  • Screens and preserves the operation of device vision systems. Carries out preventive maintenance, co-ordinates with supplier for devices calibration, repair work, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoots machine related and process-related issues. Drives vendors to resolve element examination issues, including recommending upgrades for machine vision systems.
  • Supports process qualification procedure. Documents related to changes, qual reports, coverage reports.
  • Assists with pricing estimate new company by supplying programs related details.
  • Evaluates new equipment, shows tools and helps in the preparation of proposals for devices purchases.
  • Functions securely constantly and abides by Environmental Health and wellness requirements and work practices along with all other work rules.
  • Administrates spare parts database, keeps stock and orders spare parts.
  • Supplies Primary production assistance for solving software application, hardware and program related issues.
  • Supplies training to producing maker operators, keeps training records.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of appropriate experience in shows in 5DX
  • Must have experience in 5DX Agilent/Vitrox/V810/ AXI _ X-ray Programs development & Troubleshooting
  • Capability to check out and comprehend blueprints, producer’s drawings, equipment manuals and element datasheet specifications.
  • Mechanical and electrical understanding of 5DX systems is crucial.
  • Partner Degree in electronics or computer science OR technical certificate OR comparable education with a focus on machine vision systems required.
  • Advanced interaction, reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
  • Advanced PC abilities, Microsoft Workplace applications, database understanding, consisting of proficiency in Vision system software application bundles.
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
