  • Develops and maintains maker programs for all 5DX & Xray assessment systems for NPI development and production requirements.

  • Modifies, debugs, and optimizes inspection programs utilizing programs “Finest Practices”.

  • Carries out routine backups for both maker programs and system image backups.

  • Screens and preserves the operation of device vision systems. Carries out preventive maintenance, co-ordinates with vendor for makers calibration, repair, and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoots maker associated and process-related problems. Drives suppliers to fix element assessment problems, consisting of recommending upgrades for machine vision systems.
  • Supports procedure certification procedure. Paperwork related to changes, qual reports, protection reports.
  • Assists with estimating brand-new company by providing programs related details.
  • Assesses new devices, shows tools and helps in the preparation of propositions for devices purchases.
  • Functions securely constantly and complies with Environmental Health and wellness requirements and work practices along with all other work rules.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of appropriate experience in programming in 5DX
  • Need to have experience in 5DX Agilent/Vitrox/V810/ AXI _ X-ray Programming development & Troubleshooting
  • Capability to read and understand plans, producer’s drawings, equipment manuals and part datasheet requirements.
  • Mechanical and electrical understanding of 5DX systems is crucial.
  • Associate Degree in electronic devices or computer science OR technical certificate OR equivalent education with an emphasis on maker vision systems required.
  • Advanced interaction, reading, composing, and math skills.
  • Advanced PC abilities, Microsoft Workplace applications, database knowledge, including proficiency in Vision system software application packages.
  • Experience with Windows and/or Linux running systems.

5DX Programmer/Technician

Important Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creates and keeps device programs for all 5DX & Xray examination systems for NPI development and production requirements.
  • File programs on the network. Supply modification control based upon customer modification requests.
  • Review production schedules and develop programs based upon schedule and always satisfy the dedication.
  • Order tooling, hardware, fixtures as per the requirement for maximum device efficiency.
  • Edits, debugs, and optimizes evaluation programs using programs “Best Practices”.
  • Screens and remedies systemic programming issues. Recognize and record major/minor program changes.
  • Preserves component libraries and part design meanings for device vision systems.
  • Carries out routine backups for both machine programs and system image backups.
  • Participates in various meetings (Production meetings, CCB conferences) to pro-actively deal with program and hardware associated issues and drive corrective action. Provides report metrics for Test Engineering.
  • Screens and preserves the operation of maker vision systems. Performs preventive upkeep, co-ordinates with vendor for devices calibration, repair work, and maintenance.
  • Fixes device associated and process-related concerns. Drives vendors to fix element inspection concerns, including suggesting upgrades for machine vision systems.
  • Supports process certification procedure. Documents related to changes, qual reports, coverage reports.
  • Helps with estimating brand-new service by offering programs related information.
  • Examines new devices, programming tools and assists in the preparation of propositions for equipment purchases.

Education & Experience Requirements
