Position Description:
Will be assembling, remodeling, and/or fixing circuit card assemblies in a hectic environment
Will be using IPC 7711/7721 techniques to advertisement jumper/extra wires to existing circuit card assemblies
Will be utilizing customized devices and enhanced soldering techniques to rework/repair circuit card assemblies to SMT level.
Will be aesthetically checking boards for various types of faulty work from SMT or hand assembly
Will be running AOI (automated optical inspection) devices
Will be carrying out XRAY operations to assist in compliance to drawing.
Perform all needed assembly tasks
Ability to setup and run equipment in appointed manufacturing location’s
Should have the ability to check out and analyze the manufacturing process instructions, visual aids/drawings, and Engineering documents to include technical illustration requirements, BOMS, and Schematics
Observe & reproduce manufacturing techniques and procedures in order to train other worker’s & basic mentoring to operators as needed.
Functions with Production Engineering on new procedure constructs and Support continuous enhancement for construct equipment and processes.
Assist in appointing re-work to operators, & ensure they have whatever they need to complete process such as; re-work route, file( s), and replacement parts.
Perform audits (EHS, ESD, Quality, Materials Life Span, Calibrated Assets, and so on) as required.
Solder Accreditation to J-Std-001
Guarantee Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance in area’s assigned.
Expedite and move priority products in a timely style.
Maintain shop flooring inventory to status identification number physical and supply for manufacturing (SFM) locations. (Count parts as needed)
Help in managing non-conforming materials in location’s designated.
Create/manage TIPQA documents, help in problem source analysis.
Expedite Hot items as required
Keep status of serial numbers; physical and SFM places
Assembled serial numbered packages from storage facility packages (as suitable)
Count Components as required and perform parts analysis
Keep track of ROP needs
Inform team coordinator of part scarcities and help track them
Help in managing nonconformance rack
Help in distributing rework( guaranteeing they have whatever they need) consisting of rework route, document, and replacement parts
Ensure ESD compliance for team
Ensure PPE compliance for team
Assist in defect source analysis for team
Observe producing strategies and procedures provide finest practices
Perform audits as needed (Safety, ESD, Quality, rack material, adjusted properties, LSS tools)
Serial Number label development, other label development
General mentoring for assemblers
Labeling Inbound sets properly
Help in informing group about training needs
Assist TL in information sharing
Teach others procedures such as TIPQA, ROP demands, Daily Efficiency Goals, HPU Goals.
Hire trouble tickets for people with computer/software issues
Can deal with coordinator to reconcile parts issues
Promote LSS and supply tools within the group
Able to deal with second shift
Position Requirements:
CCA/Circuit Card Rework and Repair experience required
Should be IPC 7711/7721 licensed or have been previously certified within the last 3yrs
– Please connect current or ended IPC 7711/7721 certification certificate or provide proof
Needs to be able to apply jumper wires/extra wires to circuit card assemblies in a fast-paced environment
Need to have the ability to solder, revamp and repair SMT fine-pitch parts including BGA’s
Should be able to visually inspect circuit card for flaws
Must be able to assist in running circuit card assembly down SMT line
Strong PC abilities using MS Word, Excel, and relevant software
Outstanding spoken and written communication abilities
Strong effort & self-starter, needs minimal guidance.
Shows ability to lead and work efficiently within a group environment.
