Accelerate Hot items as needed Keep status of serial numbers; physical and SFM locations Put together serial numbered packages from storage facility kits (as applicable) Count Components as needed and carry out parts analysis Keep track of ROP needs Inform team organizer of part shortages and assist track them Help in handling nonconformance rack Assist in handing out rework( guaranteeing they have whatever they need) consisting of rework route, document, and replacement parts Guarantee ESD compliance for team Ensure PPE compliance for team Assist in flaw root cause analysis for team Observe manufacturing strategies and procedures supply best practices Perform audits as required (Security, ESD, Quality, rack material, calibrated assets, LSS tools) Serial Number label creation, other label creation General mentoring for assemblers Labeling Inbound kits appropriately Assist in telling group about training needs Help TL in info sharing Teach others processes such as TIPQA, ROP requests, Daily Performance Goals, HPU Goals. Call in trouble tickets for people with computer/software concerns Can work with coordinator to reconcile parts concerns Promote LSS and supply tools within the group Able to work on 2nd shift Position Requirements: CCA/Circuit Card Rework and Repair experience required Should be IPC 7711/7721 accredited or have been formerly certified within the last 3yrs Please attach existing or expired IPC 7711/7721 accreditation certificate or offer evidence Should be able to apply jumper wires/extra wires to circuit card assemblies in a fast-paced environment Must be able to solder, remodel and fix SMT fine-pitch components consisting of BGA; s Must be able to aesthetically examine circuit card for defects Must be able to help in running circuit card assembly down SMT line Strong PC abilities using MS Word, Excel, and relevant software Excellent verbal and written interaction abilities Strong effort, self-starter, requires minimal supervision. Must be able to preserve great attendance Can set the ideal example, be a good role model Have a good work ethic, capability to inspire, responsible, dependable/reliable and have excellent interaction abilities Be proficient in word and excel Work well in team environment Make couple of to no administrative errors Be able to work overtime as required Be able to train on dayshift and move to Second shift United States CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT: This assignment is a United States Government Agreement which requires all applicants to be United States Citizens.
