Accelerate Hot products as required Keep status of serial numbers; physical and SFM areas Put together serial numbered kits from warehouse packages (as appropriate) Count Components as needed and perform parts analysis Keep track of ROP requires Notify team organizer of part scarcities and help track them Help in managing nonconformance rack Help in handing out rework( guaranteeing they have everything they need) including rework path, document, and replacement parts Ensure ESD compliance for team Ensure PPE compliance for team Help in problem root cause analysis for team Observe making techniques and procedures supply finest practices Perform audits as required (Security, ESD, Quality, shelf material, adjusted properties, LSS tools) Serial Number label development, other label production General mentoring for assemblers Labeling Inbound kits appropriately Help in telling group about training needs Help TL in details sharing Teach others procedures such as TIPQA, ROP demands, Daily Effectiveness Goals, HPU Goals. Call in trouble tickets for individuals with computer/software concerns Can work with organizer to reconcile parts issues Promote LSS and offer tools within the group Able to work on Second shift Position Requirements: CCA/Circuit Card Rework and Repair experience needed Should be IPC 7711/7721 accredited or have actually been formerly accredited within the last 3yrs Please attach existing or expired IPC 7711/7721 accreditation certificate or offer proof Should be able to apply jumper wires/extra wires to circuit card assemblies in a hectic environment Should be able to solder, rework and fix SMT fine-pitch parts including BGA; s Should be able to aesthetically examine circuit card for defects Must be able to help in running circuit card assembly down SMT line Strong PC abilities utilizing MS Word, Excel, and relevant software application Exceptional spoken and written communication skills Strong effort, self-starter, needs very little supervision. Should be able to preserve good participation Can set the right example, be an excellent function design Have an excellent work ethic, ability to motivate, accountable, dependable/reliable and have excellent interaction abilities Be competent in word and stand out Work well in group environment Make couple of to no administrative mistakes Be able to work overtime as needed Be able to train on dayshift and move to 2nd shift United States CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENT: This task is an US Federal government Agreement which requires all candidates to be US Citizens.
