Job description

In your brand-new function you will:

  • Carry out failure analysis on semiconductor gadgets returned from field
  • Carry out failure analysis actions such as optical examination, XRAY inspection, device conditioning, and Scanning Acoustic Microscopy
  • Bundle de-capsulation with laser, wet chemistry, microwave induced plasma and grinding-polishing methods
  • Assembling failure analysis results and release reports to customers
  • Support calibration and preventative upkeep activity for FA laboratory equipment
  • Support laboratory enhancement jobs

Your profile

You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and your highly analytical state of mind is an ideal match for this position.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Diploma or accreditation in Electronics or other associated technical fields
  • Efficiency in software plans such as Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook
