Alice is a woman no different from any lady growing up today in America. She lives in Africa however has dreams and a family she loves and who enjoys her. Soon her life becomes absolutely nothing like what the majority of ladies here need to experience. War ends up being a looming risk and causes monetary loss and regular separation from enjoyed ones. Chatter leads to skepticism and damaged hearts. HIV and AIDS becomes a source of confusion and worry. An old system of marriage leads to homelessness and total lonliness. A relationship is reconcilliated however becomes her greatest curse of all. All the while a relationship with God is all Alice can really count on.
