National Radiologic Innovation Week (NRTW ®) is celebrated yearly to recognize the crucial work of R.T.R.s across the nation. The celebration happens during the week of November 8th, to commemorate the discovery of the x-ray by Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen on November 8,1895 The week-long celebration calls attention to the crucial role medical imaging and radiation therapy professionals play in patient care and health care security. This year’s style is “Structure on our History– Developing the Future.” As we celebrate the 125th year of the discovery of x-rays, we want to acknowledge all of our medical affiliates for the time and effort they supply in educating future Radiologic Technologists.
