Work Hours/Shift: Full-time; hours of Centra Care operation are Monday-Friday 8am-8pm, and 8am-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays, and some holidays

You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Drives client service efforts by creating and owning the patient experience
  • Carries out fundamental radiological examinations, including all quality controls/clerical responsibilities. Processes reference lab specimens to consist of venipuncture, specimen handling/ labeling, and tracking results.
  • Carries out appropriately and legibly files and reports all treatments and assessments in accordance with department policy.
  • Using age-specific standards, evaluates client throughout medical check-in, files essential medical info and crucial indications. Assesses for signs of abuse or neglect.
  • Finishes basic orders and any follow-up assessments bought by the supplier, verifying as required. Reacts appropriately in medical emergencies and triage circumstances.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or comparable
  • CPR Certification
  • Current State license (if appropriate for state) â” General Radiographer (RT) and/ or ARRT Credential in Radiography

Reporting to the Practice Supervisor and under the guidance of the Providers, the X-Ray Technician takes care of patients and performs a wide range of client care activities, including laboratory testing and radiographic examinations. Abides by state, federal and organizational standards to make sure quality care and patient security with support from the Medical Quality team. Is vital in preserving organization and assisting in patient flow. Actively takes part in impressive.
