Work Hours/Shift: 2 days on 2 day of rests, half day on Friday’s, alternate weekends and some holidays.

You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Drives customer service efforts by creating and owning the patient experience
  • Performs standard radiological assessments, consisting of all quality controls/clerical duties. Procedures reference lab specimens to consist of venipuncture, specimen handling/ labeling, and tracking outcomes.
  • Carries out properly and legibly files and reports all treatments and evaluations in accordance with department policy.
  • Using age-specific standards, assesses patient during clinical check-in, documents relevant medical details and vital signs. Assesses for signs of abuse or disregard.
  • Finishes basic orders and any follow-up evaluations bought by the provider, validating as required. Responds properly in scientific emergencies and triage situations.

Credentials

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CPR Accreditation
  • Present State license (if applicable for state) – General Radiographer (RT) and/ or ARRT Credential in Radiography

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Practice Supervisor and under the guidance of the Suppliers, the X-Ray Service technician takes care of patients and performs a wide range of client care activities, consisting of laboratory testing and radiographic examinations. Complies with state, federal and organizational guidelines to guarantee quality care and client safety with support from the Clinical Excellence team. Is necessary in maintaining organization and facilitating patient circulation. Actively participates in outstanding.
