Technician-Patient Care PCT – Breast MRI Joint Endeavor Ops – Full-Time, Rotating – St. Vincent Indianapolis Medical Facility – Indianapolis, IN
Monday – Friday 7: 30 am-3: 30 pm
Area is at the Breast Center however will rotate to 86 th ST Medical facility if required for clerical support.
This position is responsible for signing up patients, arranging client packets, other clerical duties, helping the MRI Tech, and helping with breast biopsies. Should be comfortable working around magnets.
What You Will Do
Perform fundamental clinical and non-clinical client care activities under supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Aid with motion and placement of clients.
- Assist patients with tending to individual care and activities of day-to-day living.
- Report findings or changes in physical, psychological and emotional conditions to nursing personnel. File needed records.
- Keep client rooms tidy, organized, and preserve medical devices.
What You Will Require
Licensure/ Accreditation/ Registration:
- BLS Company credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) gotten within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or task transfer date required.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED needed
Work Experience:
- None Needed
- CT students or Xray tech students preferred. Should have flexibility to work full time, days.
