Work Hours/Shift: M-F 6p-11 p

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Drives client service efforts by creating and owning the client experience
  • Carries out basic radiological examinations, including all quality controls/clerical duties. Processes reference lab specimens to include venipuncture, specimen handling/ labeling, and tracking outcomes.
  • Carries out effectively and legibly documents and reports all treatments and assessments in accordance with department policy.
  • Utilizing age-specific guidelines, evaluates client throughout scientific check-in, files pertinent medical details and important indications. Examines for indications of abuse or neglect.
  • Completes general orders and any follow-up evaluations bought by the service provider, validating as needed. Reacts properly in scientific emergency situations and triage scenarios.

Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • CPR Accreditation
  • Present State license (if applicable for state) â” General Radiographer (RT) and/ or ARRT Credential in Radiography

Reporting to the Practice Supervisor and under the supervision of the Service providers, the X-Ray Technician takes care of clients and performs a wide array of patient care activities, including laboratory screening and radiographic exams.
