JOB SUMMARY:

Field-based Professional function satisfies all aspects concerning installation and service of dental technology in the professional’s workplace with the concentrate on “quality” in customer support.

IMPORTANT DUTIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Supplies accountable repair and setup services to our clients in a considerate and professional manner.
  • Offers and preserves the essential tools of the trade and have readily available to carry out setup and repair services.
  • Maintains and manages correct levels of stock in van.
  • Participates in all required training
  • Complies with all OSHA guidelines as detailed in the OSHA manual and training.
  • Maintains and utilizes personal protective equipment when required.
  • Interacts in a timely manner to all necessary inside workers and dispatchers
  • Educates consumers on correct care and upkeep and advises on fixing procedures.
  • Completes all work orders in a timely manner and submits all job associated documentation within the needed timeframes.
  • Complies with all terms of the Fleet Management Policy consisting of maintenance and mishap management policies.
  • Takes part in special tasks and carries out other tasks as needed.

In addition to the necessary tasks and duties listed above, all positions are also accountable for:

  • Fulfilling business requirements relating to quantity and quality of work carried out on a continuous basis, carrying out all work associated jobs in a manner that remains in compliance with all Business policies and treatments including WorldWide Service Standards.
  • Following Business policies, treatments, and regulations regarding standards of office habits in completing job duties and projects.

Exercises:

This position needs the delivery, installation and repair of equipment including customers. Professionals will be expected to steer big devices as required. The physical nature of this position, sometimes, may need significant an/or repeated flexing, stooping and lifting.

Certifications

Experience:

  • Ideal Prospects demonstrate a minimum of three years’ experience as a customer-facing Field Professional. Previous dental experience chosen but not required.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

The successful entry-level candidate will have a high school diploma, or equivalent, and will ideally have numerous years’ experience in computer networking including software and hardware configuration, troubleshooting and setup.

Intermediate prospects will possess all fundamental skill sets above, plus have IT market certifications such as Compensation TIA A , Server, Networking, Security, MTA, MCSE, and so on

Advanced candidates possess all Intermediate ability plus have a working knowledge of Xray, (consisting of 3d/cone beam/CAT), digital diagnostic equipment, PLCs, digital lab equipment and have general proficiency and desire to deal with computer systems and office– based software systems. Experience with business audio and video systems in addition to working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems chosen.

Other:

  • Strong consumer social abilities.
  • High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Technical School Accreditation is preferable.
  • Must be able to abide by company uniform and gown policy and should be able complete all work associated jobs utilizing business offered laptop.
  • Valid motorist’s license needed.
