Provides administrative support including, however not limited to, the following:
- Takes clients medical history, information relating to the patients check out to the doctor and record vital indications of clients to assist the doctor with medical diagnosis
- Prepares patients for doctor examination
- Helps physician with evaluation and treatment of client
- Helps physician with unique treatments
- Performs basic radiologist tests and supervises the production of x-rays
- Maintains precise record of all x-ray films to consist of appropriate log entries, x-ray paperwork for jackets and accurate filing of movies
- Collaborates the reading of all x-ray films with physician
- Passes on info to clients relating to preparation of lab tests and assessments Organizes examining space instruments and devices and keeps the taking a look at rooms cool and clean
- Initiating and keeping correspondence with clients and insurance business
- Aspects and keeps personal privacy and dignity of clients and ensures client confidentiality at all times
2. Other associated duties:
- Represents the center in an expert way in individual, in telephone discussions, and in composed correspondence
- Carries out fundamental functions such as photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Any other duties as appointed
Education and Experience:
1. CPR Accreditation approved by AHA
Knowledge, Abilities and Abilities:
- Phlebotomy, EKG
- Essential indications, client assessment
- Administration of medications (Oral, IM, Sub-q, Intradermal, IV
- Capability to work separately
- Strong oral and written interaction abilities are vital
- Attention to accuracy and detail
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the significance of staff satisfaction
Physical Demands:
People should be able to fulfill established specific physical requirements of the job consisting of sitting at a desk or meeting table, reaching, lifting, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, standing and walking.
